Offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, this women-only class is designed to develop proper striking technique and self-defense skills, while improving your overall health and fitness.
Come by and take a class with Coach Sabrina and get your mornings started with a little sweat!
Focuses on the development of effective technique, familiarity with the striking numbering system, and basic combinations with high intensity intervals of both cardio and resistance training.
