Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays, our Adult Boxing Classes are designed to offer a fast-paced cardiovascular workout, while also providing an educational experience in self-defense, as well as variety of stand-up striking styles.
With programs developed for all skill levels, from first timers who have never punched a bag, to high level strikers fighting in the biggest MMA promotions in the world, there is a class for everyone!
We take it up a notch in our boxing class, continuing to drill proper technique in increasingly complex combinations at a challenging pace to promote cardiovascular conditioning and health.
